I don't really like to spend a lot of money on clothes since I don't pay much attention to how I dress but if I am going to buy clothes I would spend a reasonable price.
On a cell phone if I decide to buy one I think I would spend a lot of money but I would take care of it a lot so that it does not get damaged and last a long time with it.
I would also spend a lot of money on a computer because I think it is a very useful tool and that I use daily at the moment.
for a dish in a restaurant I would not spend much, many times there are dishes with a fair price and of very good quality
I wouldn't bargain for any thing, all of this would be sold a complex store and an employee can't really sell you something at lower price even if they want to.
And for the top prices (is USD) could be something like this: -$30 for clothing, I like nice clothes but not expensive ones. -$300 for a cellphone, for 95% of things you don't need an expensive cellphone. -$2000 for a computer, I like gaming that's it. -$10 for a dish at a restaurant, but only in special occasions normally I wouldn't pay more than $3.
I maximum price i'd pay for these items in dollars would be:
-Clothing about (For coats,jackets or hoodies $130) (por pants $40) (T-shirt $30) (Underwear $10) (Accesories $50) because I love hoodies and T-shirts more than the other, so i'd pay more for them and with the reason if it's something I really like.
-A cellphone about $800, because if is one that I really like I gonna go for it, I care the most about the storage and RAM.
-A computer about $3000, because I'd like to do Streamings in a very good resolution and FPS, Also, play videogames that need a lot of RAM.
-A dish of a restaurant about $30, because it would be good enought a dish less of $30
about the top price for me is about $5000 and about bargain I think it is good por often, not always.
The maximun price that I had pay for, talking about Clothes is $400 tousands for a Velez boots, $1.600.000 for a Samsung cellphone, 2.700.000 a computer and 60.000 a disch in a restaurant. The top price for those items is related with my real budget and financial situation of these times, and yes I think is so validate bargain because you had having carefull of your money.
In clothes I have spent 1,000,000 pesos in a single day. For me it was normal, since it was not only clothes for me but for some members of the family and I think it was worth it.
On a cell phone, I don't know since my mom bought them for me.
I also don't know how much my computer cost.

Sometimes, when I go to eat with my friends at a mall, I pass by a clothing store and I fall in love with a t-shirt or a jacket, I decide to buy it without any problem. Also, I think I spend a lot of money on food, I really enjoy getting to know new places, flavors and people, I really like sharing with my family and friends in a restaurant that has a good atmosphere. Finally, when I buy cell phones or computers, I do it with conscience, when I really need it to work or study. But I don't do it just to spend the money.

I would spend a lot of money on clothes, because you have to take into account that depending on the item of clothing and everything its price will vary a lot, but I feel that I would have a reactively high budget because it seems to me that clothing is something very important that is needed daily, etc.
I think that at most a cell phone spends a little more than two million pesos, because a good cell phone is very useful, I use it for almost everything I do every day and it can last me several years. I could invest up to 4 million pesos in a computer, because just like a cell phone, nowadays having a good computer is very important, you need it to work, study, etc.
In a restaurant dish, it depends on the occasion, the restaurant and other factors, but I think that at most I would spend a little more than 40 thousand pesos.
For clothes the most I paid was 67 dollars and it was because it was a gift and I wanted it to be the best and it was a garment I was looking for a long time ago, for a cell phone I paid 451 because it was new and mine had been stolen and I needed one that day without VAT, so I took advantage, a computer was a gift although I put 225 to help buy it and for a dish in a restaurant 20 dollars, because it is a very well known restaurant although the portion was small it was delicious.
Personally i don´t like to buy many spensive things if is not necessary ,for example the maximum that i paid for clothing probably can be less than 100.000 pesos ,because many expensive clothes was made with bad materials and in many cases the clothes gets damaged in short time;for other side ,the maximum that i expend for a cellphone was less than a million,because the situation in Colombia is difficult ,yo can be stolen very easy and is not advisable to spend so much in a cellphone,for the computers the maximum that i spend was 3 millions because i need a powerful computer for my career .For a dish in arestaurant depends the companion and the restaurant because the price may vary ,but the amximun i spend with my family was 500.000 pesos
i had pay a lot of money in those items, and i think that if you really need it you can pay any price
