The competition depending on the context is subjective, but it is necessary, many aspects are based on competition, an example of this is the "space race" between different world powers, regardless of whether it is the best way forward for humanity, we can clearly see that this accelerates the advancement in technology of countries competing to win the race. For me, healthy competition is positive and in my opinion is the best way to face challenges, since it motivates you to see mirrors to achieve objectives or goals, without any other perspective than "if he can, I can" or "he is trying, I should try too".
Sincerely and honestly I think that the competition is not positive, I think that each one is unic, and this condition is the point for appreciating the different ways for doing everything. When we compare ourselves with others and want to be equal or better to them, at this moment we enter the game where feelings of anxiety, frustration, anger, despair and low value dominate our lives. We become dark beings dominated only by ambition. When your life is just a competition in all states: work, studies, relationships, friends or home. Your life is hell, you can't enjoy anything and ultimately you will never be happy.
I think that since we are children and in our family or at school they compare us with others and tell us that we are not so good with them, at that moment they plant the bad idea that we have to be as good or much better than them and since that time we already do everything to be better than others and we can never see ourselves as we really are. Finally it is possible that many people support the idea or theory that competition is good and necessary in our lives, but in my opinion competition is not. We have to live our lives only thinking of being happy (but without harming others), we have to learn to see ourselves as perfect beings of light and to give a lot of love to everyone.
I believe that the competition is healthy up to a point, if we know how to carry it and treat the people who are in it with respect as they raise it, we will not see any preference for the "winner", but if we treat this with preference this will cause great damage for the people involved who did not achieve their goal.
We must also differentiate the limits that a competition has as such, for when something wrong is done, know how to differentiate between what is wrong and what is not.
Competition is not bad, the problem is what we think about competition, we are constantly wanting to be better than others and forget to work on our best version. Many people compete with others but along the way they forget themselves because they realize that many of the things they strive for are not even things they really want but things that most people should have according to society and what success should look like. For a long time in high school and even in college I was very competitive and always wanted to be the best and do things without making mistakes, some time later I understood that this has nothing to do with life and that many things are learned from mistakes and also that competitions are not necessary and the only competition a person should have is against their old versions.
In my opinion, the answer is yes, why? Because if you're fight for achieve goals or comply a important purpose you have; but nevertheless, it can affect your thought about what is really the objective to be competitive, is possible to you feel unhappy or angry if you don't win something or comply your purpose in the future we don't willing to accept or learn from our mistakes, in there is where we are wrong, it's necessary to be competitive; but, always be focused in the process without forgetting that we commit mistakes all the time; in other words is important to learn from mistakes and overcome or improve them
We need to take into account that life is a competion, so, we can't avoid it, is impossible don't compite in the life, when you practice a sport you have to compite, when you studying for a scholarship you have to competive, when you like play videogames you have to compite so is impossible avoid it, the thing is how you managed your mental health because, obviously you aren't going to win everything, you need to know how to get up and try it again, competitions are not bad, you can learn how to be mentally stronger and have the feeling of success, obviously if you aren't prepared for lose almost always, you can't compite and wait that you will win every thing
In my opinion competition is a necessary skill that we must have to teach to the children. Because competition teach you how to win or how to lose. By many people is believe that if you compete you are going to be very aggressive and arrogant, but I think that this is not true, if you try to compete with yourself, to learn from your mistakes and to improve your skills day by day you are going to be a resilient person moreover you will be able to apply what you learn by competing in other areas or aspects of your life.
in this world we need to make different efforts to get what we want, unfortunately among those efforts sometimes is to be better than someone else. I say unfortunately because i think that the competition is with me, myself and i. People need to know that in the most of jobs the companies need the best people for be the best comapany, it means that the competition starts at the top of the monopoly. The most important think is the process, if you take the process correctly you are going to see the before and after, in that moment you'll realize that the competition could be good for be better person and not better competitor.
I think that for some cases the competition is positive and give us better results ad if we make the work jsut because, the reason of this is because, if you want to win, you will improve, and in this case the results will be better, but for other cases like, education, food or resources i think we woldnt compete for this, because we are all equal and is unfair that one person recives more than other, not all need to be a competition because as humans wee are all equal and we have enoght for all, but for things that we consume yes, because in the market we see a cheaper shoes, and we will want to buy them, and the other enterprices will notices about it and will try to get their shoes cheapier, eventualy we will have, cheaper and more performant shoes, is better for all
In my case I consider competition as a positive concept, because the concept encourages us to strengthen the skills we already have and to improve those in which we have difficulties. Moreover It prepares us to know that in many aspects of life there are people better than us, but this doesn't have to be a sad fact, it is the opposite because if many people are better in some aspects that means that we are better in some aspects. In addition, competition is something that we find in all parts of our life, like school, college, job etc, and not only in sports, things. So I can say that it is a fundamental concept which prepares us for life.
Along the time humans have had the desire to win against the others and being better than them, it is a natural desire even animals have it, but this does not mean that it is totally healthy, thias ambient make us improve our abilities and is responsible of a lot of advances of the humankind, we can not live in a world without competition or at least not as we live today. However it has also give us a lot of disasters and horrors making us do things that normally would not do. As amost everything in the life it is bad and good both at the same time.
I believe that being competitive most of the time is good because it can focus us on what we want to achieve, working harder and harder to get it and be the best. It also depends on the type of competitor you are. Competitions should be healthy and showing respect to each person since they have the same goal as you. I feel that surrounding yourself with competitive people does us all good because they push us to give our best effort to achieve what we want, not only to defeat someone but to show ourselves everything we can give to achieve our goals.
