  1. [2:42 AM, 6/28/2021] Angel Guerrero: What would happen if we sleep in the day and do things in the night, naps are as restorative as a whole night of sleep says a known page named as time, looking at the situation we can say it's possible.
But if we stay looking deep, sleep in the night is proven to be healthier than in the day, sleeping at night helps align the body's circadian rhythm, or internal clock, with its environment affirm sleep foundation.org so it's true sleep at day can help us to feel better than night but it's going to have repercussions in the future because we are changing something that is put in our minds like a memory. To be clear, sleep at night has importance in our health and researchers had proved it, so if you sleep at day, be sure to change that.

  2. In my opinion I would believe that sleeping in daylight would not be the same as at night, because our eyes detect the cycle of light and darkness in our environment. Exposure to light helps reset by telling us the correct time to sleep. In addition, the optimal amount varies from person to person, but we know that our bodies need to be exposed to very bright light, on the other hand, for night workers this is a particularly notable problem since they have to work at a time when the body clock prepares to the body to sleep.
This leads to low alertness and performance capacity. Although they may try to recover by sleeping during the day, the sleep is usually shorter and of lower quality. In the short term, it can cause abnormal emotional responses and an inability to process information correctly.

  3. I believe that our circadian rythm is design to have a daytime life. Althoug we can change it but with consequences. The body is adapted to rest in the darkness, in a cool room, without noise, to rehab our organs, our brain, all our body. If we start to sleep during the day, is possible that we have strugglering with the all these factors. Even if we can manage theses elements and prepare a room completely dark during the day, where no sound from outside come in or acconditionate air to refresh the room, our eyes aren´t adapted to work during the night and it cost a lot to do it and could represent more fatigue. I think, the people who live in this way can get old quickly than people who just rest in the night. I know that some works requires to be awake during the night like nurses, doctors, guards, drivers and other more and the manage very well the fact to work all the night. But it demand and additional effort from them and maybe in the future the have to pay the bill.

  4. definitely, the life couldn’t be the same. everything is different in the night the “normal” people is asleep the supermarkets are closed, the school over, and the it’s supposed that the night is the time to sleep, have dreams and to be rest. If all the people have the same schedule of sleep the will be the day when the people do the normal activities, something that suppose cannot do in the night. The human body it’s made for sleeping in the night. the light of the sun is more for recharging energies and when the body become alert.
the time of the sleep it’s depend of the person it’s normal that exist people more active in the night and doesn’t have any problem with the activities or responsibilities for da day. the people that is more active in the day doesn’t have interruptions of the sleep and recharging their energies.
